Arrival at Your Home

Please allow a fifteen-minute window for my arrival at your home, as there can be traffic and other unforeseen circumstances. Please be ready to answer the door upon my arrival to receive your full 60-minute service.

Cancellation Policy and Fees

Keen Kinaesthetics values your business and asks that you respect our time and effort. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $50 and no refund or credit. Clients who miss their appointment without giving any prior notice are subject to being charged in full for the scheduled service.

Informed Consent

Before your session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you. Before your first session, please sign the New Client Intake Form and Media Release Form (see the Required Forms tab). These forms will serve as consent to treatment and consent to using/not using your likeness for company promotion. Pregnant and postpartum mothers, as well as post-injury/post-surgery clients, must have our medical clearance form completed before treatment. I will not complete the service without a signed medical clearance form.

Refund Policy

Keen Kinaesthetics will not offer a refund on completed services. A credit will be placed on appointments canceled within 24-48 hours and will go towards rescheduled services.
